LAND BANKING INVESTMENT PROPOSAL AND RETURNS
This is another avenue we have created to introduce our products to both local and International Investors to tap into the risk-free venture for high returns on investment. The procedure involves investing in Capital on Land and developed properties within our Estate Scheme over a period of time with a view to cashing out on high returns commensurate with their investment at maturity. The process is referred to as ‘LAND BANKING’.

*Secure Investment: With Regards to Investment, Bamah Nissi has set aside an Estate; Halleluyah Homes & Gardens as Security/Land Guarantee for every Investment. There is also a binding document given to all Investors by the Company as evidence of Investment.
*Tenure: Principal Investment + Interest shall be remitted to the Investor after 40 days. Investors have the opportunity of rolling over the investment for another 40 days.
