LAND BANKING INVESTMENT  AND RETURNS

Bamah Nissi Land Banking is another avenue we have created to introduce our products to our customers both local and International to tap into the risk-free venture with high returns on investment. The procedure involves investing capital on Land and developed properties within our Estate Scheme over a period of time with a view to cashing out on high returns commensurate with their investment at maturity. The process is referred to as ‘LAND BANKING’.  We  have two (2) main Land Banking options for our customers; The Cash Investment Option and The Property Acquisition Option.       

 

LAND BANK CASH INVESTMENT OPTION (Short-term)

This affords you an opportunity to partner with us in the execution of our projects on a short-term basis and share our profits with us. You will get 20% Return on Investment (ROI) on any amount invested with us. However,  only your Capital and 50%  of ROI shall remitted into your Bank account  at maturity. The other 50% of your ROI shall be credited to your Land Banking Account as an initial deposit for Land and you have the privilege to complete the payment within 48 hours to claim possession of the Land
