LAND BANKING INVESTMENT AND RETURNS
Bamah Nissi Land Banking is another avenue we have created to introduce our products to our customers both local and International to tap into the risk-free venture with high returns on investment. The procedure involves investing capital on Land and developed properties within our Estate Scheme over a period of time with a view to cashing out on high returns commensurate with their investment at maturity. The process is referred to as ‘LAND BANKING’. We have two (2) main Land Banking options for our customers; The Cash Investment Option and The Property Acquisition Option.
LAND BANK CASH INVESTMENT OPTION (Short-term)
This affords you an opportunity to partner with us in the execution of our projects on a short-term basis and share our profits with us. You will get 20% Return on Investment (ROI) on any amount invested with us. However, only your Capital and 50% of ROI shall remitted into your Bank account at maturity. The other 50% of your ROI shall be credited to your Land Banking Account as an initial deposit for Land and you have the privilege to complete the payment within 48 months to claim possession of the Land

Investment Security and Tenure
- Secure Investment: The investment is highly secured and Return on investment (ROI) is guaranteed
- Tenure: Principal Investment and Return on Investment (ROI) will be remitted to investors after 40 days or in accordance to the chosen investment plan. Investors have the option of rolling over their investment for another 40 days or above.
Terms and Conditions
That in view of the Company’s large scale investment in Land Purchase recently and expected sales outputs, LB is hereby subjected to renewed policy plan in line with the following terms and conditions:
- All Payments current and initially Principal Investment Sum and ROI due for maturity after the 40 Days shall be extended to 180 Days in accordance with the chosen investment plan, investors however have the option of rolling over their investment for another 180 days and above henceforth, in order to allow for full maturity benefits/profits on return on investment, and ensure succinct administrative turn around maintenance in line with our noble vision and corporate governance, while the company reserves the obligation to roll over and guaranty such payment with plot(s) of land at the specific designated land areas covering the investment sum in the registration form, based on the total sum paid being part payment to be added as balance of the prevailing price of the land by the investor and to take ownership of the land in lieu of his/her investment.
- That the Company sincerely use this medium to apologize to all our new and existing clients/investors for the inconvenience that may arise from this reviewed policy and onward compliance, in order to ensure peaceful resolution of the built business relationship based on our internal Alternative Dispute Resolution mechanism, however if not satisfied the Investor/Client is deemed bound to explore the Lagos State High Court Multi Door Court House ONLY.
- That the Company reserved the right to protect her corporate investment and image, with the need to write the Nigeria Police Force and other sister law enforcement agencies for onward formal notification, security surveillance and protection of lives/properties, in order to avoid avert unwarranted embarrassments or physical attacks from any investors/third party.
